i spend $30 a oil change supplys and last year i drove my v10 excursion 11k miles. i run mobile 1 synthetic and motorcraft filter so i change every 4-7k miles. 3 changes in 2011 so $90 for the year.

but also in 2011 i put 15k on my expedition 5.4 and changed it about 4 times...soo a total of $210 in oil changes for 2 of my trucks in a year. not bad.
