Newbie question...

What is the difference between a regulated return system and the <TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=2><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=center noWrap align=left>FRx</TD><TD vAlign=center width="100%" align=left>Fuel Rail Crossover™?? Thinking about buying the FRx with some Xmas money, any insite would be appreciated.
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Good question. Functionally they both allow air back to the tank rather than forcing it through the injectors ending the stock "dead head". They main difference is price point, and ease of install. We engineered the FRx to come with everything needed for install providing a clean OEM style product. Some regulated returns come with larger feed lines but this isnt really part of the dead head issue, and can still be added with the FRx if the customer is running large injectors.

We strive to produce high quality products that are made right here in Oregon at a price that is affordable.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to call.

The FRx is installed to help remove the air that gets into the fuel system. The FRx and a RR are in a sense the same thing. The RR will cost much more and allows adjusting the pressure via a regulator. The FRx comes with 3 springs that allow the pressure to be adjusted. Most only adjust fuel pressure once and leave it anyway. I put in the FRx as it was affordable and built nicely. I just couldn't justify dropping $600 on a RR kit when the FRx was under $200. The cost of a RR system is to much unless you are pushing for lots of HP.

That's great but just because I was the first to answer doesn't mean you have to buy. I am sure others will post with their experiences as well with it. With over 1000 on the market there will be lots of feedback.

Again, dont hesitate to call if you have questions.

Yeah same question here. I am mostly stock for now so I was planning to use the 55-60psi silver spring until I get custom tunes and big oil.

Most everybody uses the gold spring. Gives you a couple more psi then stock but not to much. That is the one in the middle. There is one lower and one higher, They will all work well. I had a real bad fuel knock in cyclinder#8, this FRx setup all but cured it. It is now livable. I am going to order bigger injectors later this year and this setup will work just fine. Good investment for my money.

Up to you. You can run any of the 3 and it will be fine, and you won't be able to notice the difference seat of the pants. Everyone has a different theory on which one to run, but we suggest mid to low 60's.

Nice to know. Another thing to add to the R R list. I have a feeling alot of my money will be going to Eagle Point Oregon in 2012.
