Bully Dog tech support sucks
Bought my bully dog triple dog gt for the wife on christmas, it never linked to her truck in any way shape or form. After I tried updating through the pc method the update agent wouldn't download to my pc I then successfully updated with mac. Still didn't work. I then e mailed bully dog with everything I said above and got a reply e mail from Scott Gordon at the tech support dept, it said simply which vehicle did you select? I replied letting him know that I used the e series/suv initially because it is an excursion (suv), then when it still didn't work I tried the f series trucks one because it is pretty much a f 250. I never received an e mail back and have since sent 3 more e mails trying to get any input on how I can get this nearly 500 dollar device to function without one reply, very dissatisfied customer as of now. Hopefully someone on this site can give some input or maybe even someone from bully dog will read it and light a fire under someones ***.

I now hav called the product support persons and left a message no return call if anyone knows how to get ahold of these guys I would appreciate some help. Otherwise I will report to the bbb and let them handle it.
