You have the wrong pitch, maybe?
Y'know they make both coarse and fine thread bolts, even in metric. The coarse pitch is always the preferred one, but......
In the case of 12mm, there are three "fine" thread pitches, 1.00, 1.50, and 1.25.
Twelve is a busy, somewhat-confusing size, but a staple of the metric fastener business.

Yep 1.75 does it. I was just going to pull the HPOP for my core, buuuuuut I could not stop heads are off. Cylinders dont look to bad one piston has a little damage on the top of it not sure what could cause that. I also remembered that I got all the turbo stuff with that motor plus an extra turbo that looks much bigger than the other one it is a Garrett but the fins dont look to good on it. need to figure out if I have everything to update my E99.
