Code 73??

I am getting an error code 73, on KOER test. My reference says insufficent Throttle Position Sensor (TSP) change during Dynamic Response Check. Does anyone know what this means? OH, I forgot, my truck is 89 F150, 5.0.

Did you press the gas pedal at the beginning of the test?

I pressed the gas after I recieved the 1 flash.
