It's basically a Super Duty with a permanent cap on the back so the underside should be the same. And you were right, it is the harpoon mod (the Hutch is the fuel lines). Most are discussed together as the tank has to be dropped for both of them.
I recommend spending a couple of bucks and buying PVC cutting pliers. It took me 30 seconds to cut both lines and there were no shavings to worry about, just two pieces of PVC tubing to pull out and button it back up. Well worth it in my opinion.
I didn't realize how nice having those extra 4 gallons or so was going to be. One of the best mods I've done for the price!

Ya that's what I did on my 350 with PVC cutters my grandpa has the excursion and I knOw it's on a 250 frame I just wanted to make sure before I pull the tank on it has anyone ever put another tank on excursion ??? He wants to hold more fuel I was thinkin maybe infrint of the hitch how hard would it be or better to buy just a replacement tank ideas ???
