Dual Range overdrive unit
i installed a dual ranfe overdrive unit on the back of my c6 behind my 7.3 idi on my 1986 f-250. everything is hooked up. there is a couple pulgs on the unit itself but it does not shift but if you swithc the connectors it will allow the light to change from low to high and not sure where to start since there is no parts or tech service for these units anymore help please?

Would help if you told us the brand/model of your overdrive unit. You might start a new thread with it in the title, hopefully someone will have a similar overdrive and can help. Mine is gear vendors, and for a 4 sp standard so I'm afraid I can't help much. Cross post on the 80-86 F series forum, you will reach more owners with C6 transmissions there... good luck!

the model is a dual range overdrive unit that is the brand and model of the unit. dual range is out of business i am aware of. But is there still anyway to buy or get any wiring schematics of the unit i have
