Metal intercooler pipe

Hey guys,

I was looking around for a metal intercooler pipe for my 06 PSD. I found one on bulletproofdiesel.com website for $159.00 but they want $36.00 to ship it to MA. I've looked around for a while and haven't found another site that has them. Does anybody know of a good sponsor of this site or a good website to purchase one of these?? I'm not a cheap person but $36.00 to have it shipped is a bit much IMO.

Check Riffraff Diesel. It is more money, but includes boots and clamps. I don't know about shipping.

Thanks Steve and Bill, I appreciate it.

If you just want the pipe without our boots it is only $126.61, just so we can compare our prices to theirs.

Are there any advantages over either of them?? I'm still learning sorry for all the questions over the past few days.

They are both the exact same Ford part. The only difference is that we don't mark it up that much and offer it with our boots if you choose. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call and ask. They are in stock and ship same day.

I don't know, but I'm interested in hearing about the Riffraff boots. I'm going to need some soon, and I've been looking at anything other than stock crap.

As am I. I have not used them yet. What about trucks with A/M intercoolers, like a Spearco? Clay?

Hey if you have that part in stock to ship do you have the fuel filter cast ready to ship also ? There seems to be a need for them lol me being one of them!
Is that intercooler tube suppose to have some oil in it ? I pulled mine off to install sensor and has some in it. If it should not where is the problem ?

Here are some choices for you. We can get more than these as well if you would like. We have had great experience with the Mishimoto.

Not sure what you mean buy fuel filter cast. What do you mean exactly?

Yes, the intercooler tubes will have oil in them from the CCV coming from the driver side valve cover.

Clay I was referring to the replacement CAC boots for use with aftermarket intercoolers. The Spearco's I have installed in the past, that come with a polished replacement tube, use two boots that look like your upper cold side boot with the bellow in it. I will have to take one off, but IIRC they have a slightly larger I.D. than the stockers.

Is that the correct price for the Mishimoto's? $546? If that is correct, and they are quality pieces, as they appear to be, I may never purchase another brand again. Do you have availability of the 6.0 Mishi radiators and silicone radiator hoses as well?

Wishing you a happy and prosperous New Year!
