What blocker beam do i need?

hey guys ive got a 2004 extended cab f250 which blocker beam would i need from what i found there are 3 choices on eds site. i recently got my plow removed and now i need to re-install the blocker beam in the front end but i don't know which one to get and i have been unable to find the exact one.
