You want motorcraft zd-11 glowplugs. If you have time order them from Clay, if not and your in a crunch O'Reillys has them for 11.59 each. I am changing them out on my son's OBS tomorrow (Christmas present). Stay away from the Autolite models. There are some good links here, sometimes easier to use google than the search function of this forum.

I just did this about two months ago, I found using swivels will help you get the back bolt on the valve covers off. Also when your actually removing the glow plugs I took a 10mm deep well and hit it on our grinding wheel to make it a thin wall and that give you a little more room to work so you dont hit the rocker arms. Alot of guy use a piece of tubing to slip over the end of the glow plug to remove it but I used one of those magnetic tools for when you drop bolts in hard to reach places, and that worked really well for me. Oh and when doing the passenger side I would unbolt the a/c compressor makes it a lot easier to remove the valve cover. Hope this helps, its not a hard task at all! just take your time.

Here's a couple links of good reading. Might want to start with the "truck shakes" link. It'll tell you about testing the glow plugs , as well as helpful tips on removing the valve covers.

Here's a couple others.

I got my hids from ddm tuning. They are really easy to install, took me about and hour to do it, it's pretty much plug and play.

here's the link HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning. I went with a 8k bulb it kinda white with some blue in it I really like them, makes driving at night so much better. The higher you go they change color. 6k is pure white they are stupid bright. You can choose to get the high and low beam setup thats what I have its worth the extra money.

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

I bought these. Price went down since two weeks ago!

I just put them in yesterday so I can't comment on reliability but I can tell you my truck started this morning!

Clay is our contact at Riffraff Diesel. They are about 5 hours down I-5 from Estacada. Or you can find them online here

Riffraff Diesel Performance Parts | Ford 7.3 diesel | 7.3 powerstroke | Ford Powerstroke | 7.3L Powerstroke Parts

I believe the glow plugs they offer are Motorcraft units. Here is that link:

If Clay is only selling motorcraft glow plugs then why wouldn't I just buy motorcraft glow plugs from rock auto.com or even just orielly auto?

Because Clay is pleasant and friendly and has given back much to the 7.3 community. If you buy it from him, you won't have to wonder if it will fit, or if it was the 'best part' or any of those issues.
