Axle Alignment

Searched forum but could not find another post.

Just bought a 2000 (my avatar), 7.3, F350, crew cab, long bed 4" front lift. Spectacular shape and well cared for.

Very slight pull to the right, front end is aligned and all rotating/steering parts rebuilt. Never 4 wheel aligned though.

There is a 5/8 inch difference in axle wheelbase:
174-1/2" driver side
173-7/8" passenger side

There's my slight pull to the right.

Here's the problem;
Rear axles have the exact same distance from the front spring perch bolt to the axle both driver and passenger side.
Front axles have 1/2" difference from the front spring perch bolt to the axle but the driver side is the 1/2" farther back but longer wheelbase which would suggest frame damage.
Carfax says no, original paint says no, body panel alignment says no, bumper mounts says no and no bends dents or scratches on the frame.

Were these frames that far off from the factory?

Mikey
