split exhaust
My 65 240 ci has "split exhaust" a Y pipe after the manifold . Splits into 2 straight pipes (all in excellant shape).
Does this provide enough back pressure? And is there anything different I need to do when doing a tune-up.. such as timing,etc.

I think there is a butterfly valve in the manifold before it splits into a ''Y' that regulates the back pressure on the inline sixes? but I know someone here will have a better answer...HAPPY HOLIDAY'S to all my FTE friends and families...
