dome light for pick up

dome light for pick up
hey does anybody know what bulb goes in the dome ( above rear window )of a 78 f-250? mine is missing, also has anyone ever noticed problems with theirs not working? i put a test light to and no power.... common problem?

Yes, common. Assuming you already checked that the fuze is good it is probably the push-button switch located in the door jamb. Try wiggling it (switch) around while having someone hold the tester, if it blinks on and off it is probably just corroded and can be replaced easily.
