wheel restore help
my oem alcoa wheeels are starting to get pitted pretty bad and what not from the winter and the idiot that put the balncing weights on the outside. how would i get rid of those? can i sand them out? i know that will ruin the finish but i plan on getting new wheels and will be powder coating these wheels black. any ideas? suggestions?

I've heard you can strip the clear off and polish the wheels. You won't have the protection of the clear coat anymore, but at least it won't peel off.
Like any aluminum, you can sand/polish out any imperfection.
