body plugs

anybody know where to find a rubber body plug kit? my son and i are rebuilding a 82 f150 for his first truck, and most of the plugs are rotted out. thanks in advance

If I'm thinking of the same plugs you are (the ones in the floor behind the seat, under the cowl panel, etc.), I'd say just to check local junkyards. You could snag a whole set or even two for cheap.

I've seen them in my LMC Truck catalog as well.

well we tried the junk yard yesterday with no real luck. and neither of the auto parts stores have them, i will have to get an LMC truck catalog and check it out. thanks for the replies. MAYBE Santa will find some on his journey tonight!

You can also view the LMC truck catalogs online at Truck Parts and Truck Accessories for Chevy, GMC, Ford and Dodge Trucks from LMCTruck.com. They do have a lot of hard to find parts for these old trucks. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
