tail lights not working???

i have an 89 ford f250 diesel. all the lights, blinkers and brake lights work. except the tail lights, any idea what this could be?

There is a fuse just for taillights.. I'll be it's blown, or the filaments are blown in both back bulbs.

All the fuses under the dash are good. are there fuses under the hood? I've only had the truck for a few days
