Too bad you are west coast. I have a whole Dually D60 out of a 93 i believe. (ball joints and slide pin calipers) that is for sale.
I also have a set of 4x4 dually hubs and rotors.
there's actually no such thing as a "dually D60"
the D60 you have is the same of any D60 (excluding other differences such as king pin/ball joint/gearing of course.)
it's your 4x4 dually hubs that allow it to receive the dually rim.
When you get out here, you will want to leave. This state sucks with the amount of road salt they put down
Since you're from PA, I should probably ask you this, as you would know more about it than me. What are the smog regulations out there in PA like? Are they anything like here in California where I can't even use a set of headers or a cold air intake?
I think I read on the PA state website that vehicles with a GVWR of 9,000 pounds or more are smog exempt? Is that true?
From what I got from my inspection guy when he did my 90 F150 was
OBD2 vehicles get plugged in, directly to the state issued computer, and as long as the ecu says things are ok and (I'm assuming) while on the Dyno it doesnt throw a cel, it passes.
Non OBD2 vehicles need a Dyno run and has the sniffer put on it. But from what I see on my smog report, it's a multiplyer for emissions. Meaning a 302 has to put out less emissions then a 5.8. My 5.8 passed without a problem. It was less then 33% of the allowance given for all criteria.
Anyway. With non obd2 vehicles, I would think it doesn't matter what you add as long as it passes emissions. And it's also what your inspection shop is willing to overlook on the visual inspection.
