i have 96 f350 7.3 with 115000 miles the other day i was driving and it started sputtering and seemed like it was running out of fuel but the tank is full the filter is clean and the bowl has fuel and i just replaced the whole fuel housing in the spring, it intermittently runs like **** and when it does the check engine light comes on, i had my friend plug in a reader but no codes come up, so under his suggestion i replaced the cam sensor in hopes that was it and after i replaced it i drove it around for an hour and it seemed fine, but i just drove it again and its happening all over. so any suggestions thoughts would be greatly appreciated i think im gonna go slam my head into the fender a few more times to get out the frustration
thank you and it was a MAC scanner looked like a really expensive piece of technology but i have no idea i still buy compact discs if anyone knows what those are anymore
