EB engine perches?

If anyone has a bare frame available, I was wondering if some angles and measurements could be taken.

#1: the angle which the mount attaches, is it 45 degrees facing each other?

#2: is there any lean back to compensate driveline phasing, such as 3 or 4.5 degrees? Or is the angle built into the motor mount? Which leads me to:

#3: Does anyone have the specs of a 289/302 motor mount for these EB's? I'm looking to see how close to the same they are to the 2wd and 4x4 F100/150 mounts.

Long story short, I'm making my own frame of sorts, and am hoping to use a set of Bronco perches (I don't have them yet) but need to know specs before I go ahead with that plan.

I had a '66 a few years back and wish I still had it. Thanks in advance.

I have that pic, but thanks for the effort!

There was a bare frame at the local junkyard last year, hopefully it's still there.

Stock Bronco mounts sit flush with frame so if there is any rake etc. it is all built in. While there may be, it wasn't enough that I ever noticed.

Ok, thanks. The frame could sit at zero degrees just like my '62 Fairlane I'm building, along with it's perches. The motor mounts themselves have the angle built in to tilt the engine back so it is more in line with the rear axle. The intake then forms a wedge, even with the block, but the carb base tilts back up to sit level. The mounts are side specific, though, just like an EB. The 302 in my F100 has the mounts interchangeable side to side, and that is what has me wondering..... why? What is different between the pickup and the EB? This link shows the EB perches, and what they look like.

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you. Don't take this as gospel, but I believe the 4x4 Bronco engine is offset to passenger side by an inch or so. I'm down to my last Bronco and it's a six cylinder so I can't verify against a V8. First time in years I haven't had at least two.

it's offset, yep. I think I got it all figured out after looking at that link, and my truck.

Old Fords is a disease and is hard to even stop at two, lol.

I Put a 170 in a 302 frame from 9 yrs newer. Hadda change (what I call) towers and mounts. The V8s looked like the towers were 45* @ the top...Sounds like yer all set, tho. If not let me No...
Good luck, have fun, B safe.
