Anybody know where I can get more of these clips? I don't see them at LMC or Dennis C's. I also might be looking for that chrome trim behind the dash pad where it meets the front windshield. Any ideas?

Try NPD National parts depot.

 

The same clips were used on 68 Mustang trim so NPD should have them but you might have to go to the Mustang page if you find them on the truck page

 

I have lots of them...are you needing them for just the front 2 aluminum trim pieces or the rear stainless trim too ??

That would be great. I need 13 total clips. Do you also have the rear trim (where the windshield seal meets the back of the dash pad)?

COAB-6404439-F .. Instrument Panel Moulding Clip / Obsolete / No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

Applications: 1960/62 Ford Galaxie/Custom/500XL / 1961/66 F100/1100 / 1963/69 N/NT/T500/1000 / 1967/79 F800/1000 / 1969 F100/350 Ranger / 1970/72 F100/350 Ranger XLT.

EXCEPT 1960/62 Ford cars, 1969/72 Ranger/Ranger XLT ... These clips were used on the mouldings on the front of the dash-adjacent to the windshield and the R/L mouldings on the face of the dash.
They were not used on 1968 or any other year Mustang. There's no Ford Passenger Car Parts Catalog listing for these clips after 1962.

I have 2, possibly 3 of them... Lots of the larger ones for front 2 pieces.

I am parting with all of my parts that arent needed for my own rig.. Including my bright nos grille

There are two sizes for the interior trim moulding clips. I call them large and small. Must be two p/n's seems to me.

I need the small ones for the molding on top of dash by windshield and 3 of the clips for the trim above glove compartment. I have one clip for the top trim by windshield.

 

Truck parts catalog only shows one dash moulding clip.

Basic part number 04439 shown in left illustration pic, full part number C0AB-6404439-F shown in right text pic.

NOS PARTS LTD in Waxahachie TX has 4 = 972-937-2201.

MCDONALD OBSOLETE PARTS CO. in Rockport IN has 6 = 812-359-4965.

Neither of these sources were listed on internet obsolete parts search sites when I typed post #7 on 12/20/2011.
