When nmb is dialed in we are going to do a timing day down here in portland cause there a lot of members that want to come from eastern or and such.
I did nothing to mine except the new air filter, I was happy with my 80k daily driver .
And on my alst pull we checked and i ONLY HAVE 2PSI gotta fix that.
is this a misprint, should that have 12 instead of two, and is that what you think the psi was on the run we have the graph for.
this is the one where all the cams are in it (this was my first run, the big blue line is because i held the same rpm to long before i backed out and it kept sending data)
That makes the aftermarket cams look pretty good to me. If my math is close double over should get me somewhere in the 1650 rpm range at 70 mph. If that is right the type four cam would be my best bet, even dropping out of one over on small hills would get me real close to optimum torque range.
Thanks for the graph comparisons, I definitely see a cam in my future. lol
What do you think the problem is, a leak maybe.
If you only had two pounds of boost, it would be impressive to see what it would do at ten.
I would have expected a cloud of smoke at 2 pounds.

DUh I was scratching my head, thinking this there was no way this could be right. lol
It is pretty impressive that he could get those boost numbers, with 2 pounds fuel pressure.
'91 why does your power band not start recording until 1600 rpm though?
Russ,so you basically have like 300ft lbs already just off idle a bit (well,i guess that's still twice idle rpms or so,but still holy crap, what a good economy cam for street use and tow duty.) around 1100ish maybe that's closer to 1200 rpm it looks like with that cam.am i reading that right?
oh yeah, dang i forgot about your effective gear ratio right now.man, you need to fix that.stop and go driving is killing your economy right now.bogging out until 1600rpm taking off isn't no good.man, you wouldn't want to try and tow anything.it'd feel like a gasser.
Haha I know! Just gotta find some time to work on it...just bought nmb2s old 7.3 with 137000 on it and already got a buyer lined up for 850!!! So that should pay for it....and since I made out good I said I'd also pay for nmb2s dyno run
