I have a whinning noise coming from my passenger side of the engine...idk what it is..let me know what you think from the video!

i had a pcv valve go bad that made a similar noise start with the simple stuff

 

something stuck in the HVAC fan ???

dam that is annoying noise thats for sure.

 

A little more info would help, like does it do it all of the time? Only with engine running?At idle? A/C on or off?

As loud as that is, it would seem easy to locate.

And yes, I have heard PCV valves make similar noises before, especially the cheap ones the tune up shops install.

 

Makes the noise all the time..when the engine revs up it goes away..that's it...its harder to locate the sound then you think...it just so loud it sounds like it comes from everything on the passenger side of engine
