I got the driverside valve cover off, cranked it over and all rockers are moving just fine, I figured I would start with the easy side, now off to the pass side.
If they all look good, ill pull em all out and see if their straight or not.

Our guys are known for getting in em ice cold and taking off like a bat out of hell, could that be it?
This time of year with the cold temps, its a good idea to let em warm up a bit to get the oil flowing. 15W-40 is pretty thick when it's cold out. There could be other underlying issues but start with replacing the pushrod and rocker and take it from there.
