87 f250 superduty 6inch leafs CLEAR 42's?
im looking to lift my f250 dana 60 up front of course but i was looking at this Ford F250 F350 Super Duty 6 and i allready have 3inch body lift will I be able to run 42's?

The eBay 6" lift kit is for a 99-04 F250 Super Duty... not for the OBS F250 Heavy Duty. That lift kit will not fit your truck.
To run 42" tires, you should consider the Bushwacker "cut-out" fender flares to minimize the amount of lift. Even with those fender flares, you will probably need a 6"-8" lift kit for proper clearance.
