i had a misfire in 5 and 8 so i replaced all of the spark plugs and it ran good for a day now it feels like its misfiring again but its not as strong i cleaned the injectors the intake and still have this problem but no codes are popping up if im sitting at a stop light it will bounce i guess u could say trying to go forward and sometimes when im accelerating ill feel it go back and forth like im on a boat...was alot worse b4 i changed the plugs but idk what to do now...i also checked for vacuum leaks i have a big trip ahead of me and im counting on my expy...its an 03 btw
It's probably the cops. I had a misfire on #3 last year. I changed the plug since it was the cheaper part and the truck ran good for a couple days (new plug easier to make a spark with a weak coil). When the misfire came back I changed the cop and it's been fine since.
Well last night it ran really ****ty and i noticed the cops were really loose...i got alot of work to do this weekend so when i do that im gonna put some loctite on the screws and see how it works im movin from fl to ny very soon so i have to make due with what i got
Someone here with a manual can probably get you the torque value....I do not know it off the top of my head, and don't have a manual. You are going to need to get at each one of them anyway, so might as well do it right.
