Look at all your boots on the IC tubes for one that is leaking.

Give us more info, when did you notice this? Is it while cranking or going down the road?

There are 6 rubber boots on the top of the engine. There are 4 on the tubes going to and from the intercooler. There are 2 orange ones under the spider going to the intake manifolds in the valley. I think one or more are leaking. Make sure they are in place and the clamps are tight.

Tormz, sounds like a leaking fuel bowl drain valve. Have a look at these links.

It's a small drip every 2 seconds. That is causing all the white smoke and loss of power?

No, that (water in fuel drain) valve will not cause that. Did you check the rubber boots I mentioned?

So how much is leaking out the tube under the engine? It will take you ten minutes to fix the drain valve once you get the parts.

Did this happen all of a sudden?
Do you know what you are doing?
If you don't know take it to a mechanic, we have lots of tools and equipment to get it done right the first time instead of replacing things that are not broken.

Check your MAP sensor and hose from intake to MAP first. You really need a good scan tool that shows MAP data to test MAP. You will need to apply air pressure to MAP and watch voltage to ensure if MAP is good.
Then check manifold crossover for leaks and also inter cooler and its feed and return pipes and fittings. (as mentioned above)
If all is good there most of the time its the TURBO. Take it off and have it rebuilt.
