Air bag readiness light

Air bag readiness light
Hi everyone,
I am having issues with my 1999 F-250. When I turn my key off my a/c fan continues to blow air (not hot or cold, it just blows). Also the Air bag readiness light stays on and a warning chime turns on and off periodically. In addition, unless I physically turn off the a/c the doors will not lock when I click lock on my remote. This has happened once before with my a/c but it seemed to have gone away until this morning. The last few days have been quite rainy, but I'm not sure if that would have an effect. I thought there was a fuse or wire that got wet that cuased this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
