Fuel Filter Change? How Often?

hi all,

I have a 2004 F250 with 92k miles. How often do I need to change out my Fuel Filters?

I still have my original fuel filter at 56,000 miles..

EDIT;

2004 SD 5.4 gas. Sorry folks, forgot to mention

Thanks Brook, but I was asking Pappy1911. I hope his engine is not a diesel, and especially not a 6.0. Going 56k miles on diesel filters is a big Bozo-No-No.
