You've posted in the wrong section (this is the IDI section) if I'm correct about your phrase, "7.3 PS" being a 7.3 PowerStroke.
I haven't been able to come up with specs. on vacuum but I did just check the vacuum on my pump (measured at the hose coming off the pump) and I got 25 inches HG (or metrically 84 KPA) with my engine at idle. Hope this helps, R.A.
