Here's my 2004 EB version with a Sky Jacker 4-inch lift -- LT295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grappler -- at 80 PSI (max for these tires) gained some fuel economy, same rims, same body color. Also have the Mile Marker 449SS manual locking hubs.

Do you have to remove the front center caps to access the hubs, or do you just leave them locked in?

I leave the caps on during the summer and set it at "free". I take off the caps during the winter months and lock the hubs accordingly.

I should leave the caps on during winter to prevent the salt from accumulating around the hubs, but they are kinda a pain to take off.

With my luck, if I left the caps on and in free, I'd need to lock them in while they are under four feet of mud!

Gotta love a lifted Excursion. The 05 EB PSD is my very favorite Excursion and I hope to one day own one or own one with the 05 EB interior swap at least. The black on tan leather is just amazing looking although the two tone of the 03/04 EBs is nice looking as well.
