Rims

I got a super buy on '05 aftermarket rims because they would'nt fit a guys new '08. question I have is, will my '08 stock rims fit my '05?

As long as they are both single rear wheel they should use the same wheels on the 05 and 08.

Are you sure they're '05 rims? 05-08 trucks use the same rim size and backspacing so they should have bolted up to the sellers '08. 99-04 trucks use a different backspacing which would affect bolting them up to a 05-09 truck.

I don't know if he actually tried to mount them or someone told him they would not fit his '08. They fit my '05 just fine. I am thinking of going with the 19.5 Rickson's on my '08 so it's great that the 18" will fit my '05. I know there is no point trying to sell the 18" Continentals so I might as well use them in the summer on my '05. Thanks for the input.
