I have a 94 Ford Ranger. When I am going over 45 mph my speedo goes up and down between 55 and 85 mph. I took my cable off and it spins freely. I took the guage out but can't tell if anything is wrong with it. I ordered a new cable but don't want to replace it and go through the hassle of putting it all back together only to find out it's the guage that is bad. Can anyone help????Thanks
