Could be the oil cooler? its common that the o-rings there go bad in cold wheather, just a guess.

That was actually my first guess Jose, but nothing in the degas bottle. Does that go bad at the oil cooler itself or somewhere else in the system? I'll go over it more either tonight or tomorrow
The oil cooler would leak oil if the o-rings let go in it...
Where did you get your water pump?
Napa, thats what I'm worried about. It looks like there is a small amount of weeping coming from the sensor to the left of the t stat housing. I had a rough day today so I only glanced at it and started drinking, trying to set my mind elsewhere
Finally got around to looking for my leak. Turns out the upper radiator hose is bad where it meets the tstat housing and has a slight drip. At least it's cheap and easy
