Hey, I wasn't kidding. I've read your posts about thermistates for along time thinking they were some sort of 6.0 senders/sensors.

Bump .... for all the folks getting involved in thermostats at the moment.
Any way it can be added to the tech folder?

Hey Benny.
So 3 years to the day almost. How many miles do you know since you installed it back in Dec 2011, and what are your temps these days?
Here in New England once the air temp drops I get low 180's so I'm taking the plunge and going to try the Mishimoto.

06 F250.. Thought it would be easier to change thermostat with the CAC pipe lose. Not a good idea. Tough getting it lose even tougher getting it back on. Any suggestions?

I didn't take the cac tube off when I did mine. Just drained some coolant, removed the rad hose at the radiator, removed the two bolts and pulled the hose with tstat attached under the cac tube. Reassembled in reverse order. Worked well.

Warm it up with a heat gun/hair drier, just the end 4 or 5 inches and just hot enough you can still hold your hand on it. It'll go right on.

When I have taken my cac tube off--I used a pry bar--got that from one of you here. Going back on I got a slight running start with a light sledge lol.
