What's the model of that new printer?

How OLD is that Wally World printer? Still in warranty?

Have you tried connecting the older printer to the system using the drivers for the NEW printer...that sometimes works.

Have have driver ver 8.0.0.0 in mine.

Also if you can not find a good driver for it, you might ask WalMart about it too.....

Or download a driver for another printer with a model number CLOSE to what yours is.

NO...NOT the serial number, the PRODUCT number. It's on the serial number tag, I believe. Maybe on bottom or back of printer.

Try right here: Hp 6830 drivers xp/7 the top one is for Windows 7.
