1-2 shift chirp

My truck has developed a chirp when shifting into second gear under heavy throttle. It sounds like it's coming from the transmission. It only happens during full or near full throttle acceleration such as freeway onramps while towing or carrying a load. It sounds like a friction type noise...trans fluid and filter was replaced 10k miles ago. Any ideas?

Maybe it's the right rear tire breaking loose !

Did you check the trans mount ? funny things happen on full throttle with a bad mount
