Hello all..
Here goes the newbie with the questions. What info can I gather on my vehicle given the VIN or block ID as well as the tranny ID?
Is anyone running 33's on the stock suspension setup? I want to run 'em (BFG AT KO's) but might have to stick it out with 32's for the time being.
I haven't had the chance to get up under it yet. Will do that in the am. Swapping out the P/S pump tomorrow in the early am so I can at least drive it around without that deap pump groan it currently bellows.
Also, about what are you guys paying in vehicle taxes/insurance per year? I'll be paying $420 (ins) and probably about $50 (taxes) per yer.
33s will fit fine on the stock rims if you space the bumper forward ~1".
The VIN tells what kind of vehicle it is, what it's rated for, what engine it has, and where it was built. The other codes on the door sticker tell what was built into it.
dont talk about insurance, thats prolly 420 full coverage huh. well, with no points or anything i pay 1200 a year for minimum coverage possible here in new jersey ... plus 70 a year registration ... and i know enough people who have some points paying up to 5,000 a year for insurance
