Good Morning, I am an old lady with a sick husband looking for a hand. I want to sell our Ford 2007 F250 long bed Diesel King Ranch.47,000 miles
We bought it with dreams of taking off trailering. He was diagnosed with Cancer two weeks later.
Things are looking worse and he wants me to sell it. I do have the MSRP from owner but dont know how to put it in the computer.
I was hoping someone somewhere had it scanned and can copy and paste it here so I can use it.
I would appreciate any help and want to put it on our classified even though there is no action there. I want to put the truck on line to sell. Very Sad day.
Not to be rude, but you can figure out how to register on a forum and post a thread...but you cant figure out how to post a classified ad on craigslist or here or where ever else?
Hey, Thanks for answering. Yes really nice truck. I cant get the money for it out here. I believe I could do better nationally. There are several places to post it. I just have to gather stuff on extras and MSRP for that year and stuff. I have been looking. I understand Kelly Blue Book even has a place to place ad.
I was disappointed there wasn't any action in here. I am just starting. It is Christmas time and I just need to get started.
Sorry rancherswife to hear of your health problems. I'm sure that is tough for you and the family.
If the truck is in good condition, I would suggest you find the nearest Carmax store. Go there, and they will make you an offer to buy the truck. They only buy recent years, and excellent condition, but if your truck meets that requirement then you can get a fair price fast. It won't be top dollar of course, but then you won't have to spend time and the risk associated with trying to sell it on your own.

Look at the top of the page and you will see a dropdown menu in the classified section. You should be able to post an add.
Hey, no worries. I have heard worse. I use to sell cars and trucks for 15 years at one store, went to a ford store for 4 years and love the product went to truck school every year. Last time was 16 years ago
Getting old aint for sissys. Funny thing, everyone will walk here.
Thank You though for all your ideas. They all ment you care and that is so touching.
I did go to your forum, no action. I did go to carmax. we were 3 grand apart.
No big deal, I ended up giving a salesman that works the internet some money to post it for me with the MSRP and all the extras with there links on for info.
Thank You again, Dont worry about my feelings, you made me smile today.

$3,000 doesn't sound like too bad a deal, on a truck that should sell for somewhere above $25,000. You can always reconsider later. I think.
I'm not sure what you mean when you mention MSRP. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price only applies on new trucks, and few people actually pay that much anyway. Your truck is 5 years old, so MSRP is meaningless. Perhaps you meant the KBB book price? Or Edmunds appraised price? Those are the values you would want to know.
Yes, I believe wholesale is about 25,000. I have about 1500 in add ons.
The msrp was just for novist or folks that dont know ford lineup or just equipment that is on the truck, easy to see and has vin for checking for accidents and so on.
Thanks again for all your interest. It is a nice day in Calli beautiful. I am going shopping for Chirstmas gifts and going to my sister in laws to have her show me how to list this stuff on line. I understand there is a place to sell in Kellys auto trader ebay craigs list and I dont know others, do you know of national sites to put ads? Have a wonderful day where ever you are.

Reason: remove pricing info.
Sorry to hear of you misfortune rancherswifecw. All the best hopes for you and yours.
As for selling your truck.....
Try Autotrader, cars.com, or Ebay. All of these have national coverage as well as local and regional. It shouldn't take long to move it after posting it on one of those sites
I went Christmas shopping for the family yesterday. Something that I was not wanting to do. I ended up in one store an bought something for everyone. Same price already in Christmas Boxes and bags. Everyone is going to have a great smelling shower gel and lotion. Ahhhhhh, so glad that is done. This is a national chain, body and bath. Wonderful stuff.I love there deals, you can shop on line and they will send it anywhere for free right now and you still get the specials!
When I got to my sister in laws to brake out my scaner and lap top, I got a lot done. I was suprised. I should have everything I need soon.
Thanks for all the sites to send to. I have heard of them years ago but not being in the bussiness and my head is all screwed up, I had forgotten.
It felt great getting in here and being with truck folks that know what the )*&& they are doing.
Metal Panda....are you kidding me! How about cutting the lady a little slack. Jeez. Momma used to say if you have nothing good to say, THEN SHUT UP.
Okay i apologize if this is a legit thing. It just sounded a little off.
Just remember, this is the internet... an innocent little old lady, majority of the time, is not an innocent little old lady.
Once again i do apologize for the accusations, no hard feelings?

Personally, I don't blame you for being skeptical. It happens a lot on the interwebs....folks not actually being who they say they are. And we see lots of spammers on here as well as a lot of folks trying to sell stuff posing as someone else. Never can tell who's on the other side of the monitor.
