not an expert but when you replace the intake elbow it takes the egr valve off to. it mounted to the piece it replaces. cooler are also gone. your programmer will have to have programs for the egr delete.
PTP also has just the elbow, fyi.
I will take pics when I do it, probably be around the new year Im guessing.
You'll need a tuner to remove the valve itself and with the kit I linked the valve is removed, I guess its part of the elbow
any updates? Been looking at this myself but understand that pressure from the turbo is dumped through the egr valves? any truth to that to prevent turbo detonation?
My stock boost gauge reads a little higher now
After EGR & Coolers are removed
I don't tow, run it hard or have a performance
Tune.

It's not the turbo you have to worry about it's the head bolts stretching.
