Coolant temp

I had my 2004 6.0's cooling system flushed last Friday at a local dealer, they used VC-9 and got the gold stuff back in there. Now it looks like my temp gauge is reading low, my heater blows warm air but the needle sits about where the little symbol is on the gauge. I'm pretty sure it used to sit about in the middle, It's been freaking cold here in the mornings, (low 20's) I have had the truck plugged in at night but it doesn't seem to heat up very fast. Could it be that the flushing did something to my t-stat or the ECT sensor? Any suggestions would help.

Thanks guys

Well to start with you need some gauges because the ones in the dash just look good and take up space you need to know your ECT-EOT Edge Insight CTS or ScanGaugeII will work well and as stated you need a new t/stat only Ford because when they fail they fail open plus Fords coolant flush sucks along with the Ford Gold junk, it works great plugging oil coolers 99% of the time.
