2003 Eddie Bauer Coolant temp
I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer 5.4, over the last few days the temp gauge is only marking about 20-25% and the heater is blowing warm air (this is more noticeable on cold days, about 32 degrees outside) on warmer days 40-45 degrees the temp gauge goes about half way and the heater blows out hot air, like normal. Yes there is coolant and I have the climate control turned up to high (90 degrees). Disclosure, while I was checking the coolant level I did notice a little bit of coolant that was pooled around the #1 fuel injector area. I am pretty sure there is a leak, but I couldn't find where it was coming from. Maybe there is air getting into the system causing this issue?
