Do you replace it with southern parts? Or just patch it with replacment panels? I have replaced floors, cab corners and bedsides now, I think if or when I do it again I will just buy southern body parts.

All the above .. .. Last time I replace the entire front end with ford parts .. They have held up well other than banging into the building backing out once ..(fender , hood & brand new grill shell)
I have a rust free 78 that I plan on replacing the 76 body with again , if I live long enough..
I used to have 5 dents ,, I cut one of them up to replace the floors & firewall on the 76...
