speedometer needle

speedometer needle
does anyone know how to remove the speedometer needle from the little shaft that it attaches to? Does it just pull off or is there a clip or something that holds it on?

X2, it just pulls off. Just be carefull. Pull it STRAIGHT off, the shaft is easy to bend.

Ok thanks guys got that done. Now what is the best method for taking out the pin that holds the odometer digits?
