Does anyone have a decent pic of the front of a 6.9/7.3 engine with all the brackets in place? i finally got the heads and intake reinstalled, and since it has been apart a while and its COLD outside, i'd like to do a lego plug and go instead of taking time to reason it out. i know, i know, a silly reason i agree, but the pics in the manuals really blow, and i can get more from a decent pic of a real engine. an hour or two dont sound like much, but at 15 degreese, with a pic, i can cut it to 45 minutes! any help would be greatly APPRECIATED!!!!!
Does the engine have a serpentine or v-belt setup? I think the serpentine belt vs. the v-belt engines have different layouts, mainly with the location of the vacuum pump. The alternator and A/C compressor brackets are in the same place but look different too, I think. Also a v-belt engine won't have a tensioner pulley, and I don't know if they have any idler pulleys.
