weird issue

weird issue
Sometime when I start my truck and put in reverse and try to excel to quickly the engine will chug for a couple seconds. kinda like a big loppy cam ROMP ROMP ROMP ROMP then clears up. Anyone ever experience this?

ICP issue maybe?

Or injector stiction come to mind
