ZF5 into a SD?

ZF5 into a SD?
Anybody know if a ZF5 from an OBS will go into a SD with a 7.3? Had a guy call me today about mine (wants to get away from his 4R100) and I don't want to steer him wrong for the sake of a sale. I am figuring that the clutch master and slave, pedal box, and the floor pan would be different, but I am thinking that the trans should bolt up to the engine alright. Just curious if anyone has heard of someone trying this swap.
