noisy transmission
Has anyone noticed a mettallic noise from thier transmission? I was in my 04 F250 this afternoon and heard something strange after I got where I was going I had someone rev the engine to 1800 rpm (where I heard the noise ) and got no noises. On the way home I could hear it again but not nearly as loud. It almost spounds like a loose exhaust clamp but I didnt see anything loose or rattling underneath. Im just looking to be steared in the right direction so I can get it fixed before it becomes a major problem. Thanks for any input or advice.
