I did the idm mod

After years of putting it off i did the 140v idm mod
I was worried the truck wouldn't start but it did
This mod is much harder than I expected because of the size and small work area
I got another idm to mod still and am gonna leave one stock for just in case

I'd like to know what you think too. I've had the resistor for a year and a half but just haven't made the time to do it.

Seems like better throttle response. Maybe smother idle, or I am going crazy

Yeah for all the talk of this mod, I have the resistors and never have done it. I guess since I have a spare IDM from the parts truck there is no excuse for not doing it now. Guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow afternoon...

I did it a long time ago and think its a great mod. The only time it bothers me is the pedal is a little touchy on the speed bumps.

All I noticed was the injectors picked up quicker when you hit the go pedal.

They are noisier and snappier as well due to the higher voltage.

I forgot who I sent resistors too.
I have a few left to give out.

I think all our IDM's are the same, I don't see why not. I forget where I got mine, maybe Molex?
