Do you have the Insight or the CTS? As far as I know, you can't check FICM voltage with the Insight.

i have the insight cs and i can check ficm voltage

Did you try it with all accessories off. I was told by Edges tech if the voltage is low the CTS wont turn on.

Ricson- just went out there & tried with everything off, no go. Exbow- trucks been sitting for 24 hours now & its 30 degrees out & still no go. If I touch the screen she comes right on though.
