Installed programmer now truck wont start

I bought a hypertech max energy programmer ( yea i already know hypertech sucks ) and I hooked the programmer to my truck and put it on stage 3, just to try it out and It said the program was succesfully installed and I could disconect. So I disconected and tried to start my truck and it would crank but it would immediately shut off. I tried to crank a few more times and the same thing happen. Then I hooked the programmer back up and returened to truck back to stock and it still wont crank. I've been looking on the internet for a couple hours trying to findsome information on what the problem could be but I cant find anything. I sent Hypertech an email but I wont hear back from them till sometime tommorrow. I also tried disconecting the battery for an hour or so and still nothing. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. Thanks

Did you disconnect 1 battery or both? I had this issue with the HyperPAC years ago. I had to set it to stock, disconnect both batteries, and let it sit for a while. When I started it back up, my mileage had doubled itself on the odometer, so I unhooked them again, and it went back to normal.
